Modern brand-new hotel in good and absolutely perfect location nice very close to the metro. Affable staff and rich and satisfactory breakfasts with options for vegetarians and deserts, for instance.

Wi-Fi was bad.

It was a quirky and spotless hotel with a barbeque restaurant. The employees at the property were fantastically friendly and amicable. The breakfast was varied and good, the check in was easy.

The rooms offered are reasonably large and fashionable with balcony, an oven and the bedroom. I greatly enjoyed incredibly friendly and amiable personnel that ensures guests have a really really nice stay...

Stylish decor and comfy rooms, but the paid airport shuttle was overpriced.

The spacious room offered plenty of comfort, and the location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Wenceslas Square. The breakfast selections were delicious, and we appreciated the clean, cozy environment.

In my wife's opinion, the children's play area could use some improvement.

Had an awesome stay for 3 nights in a beautiful Standard Apartment with plenty of room and cozy vibes. The relaxing garden area and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was that the mini-fridge was stuffed with items we had to pay for, leaving no room for our snacks. 😊

Room size feels a bit cramped, especially with luggage taking up floor space, which may not suit those with more gear. There's also a mini bar fridge packed with hotel items, leaving little room for your own snacks or drinks. The coffee pod machine in the room charges per pod, which strikes me as an odd move for a place of this caliber. The heating system made the room a bit stuffy. Even with the windows open, I felt warmer than I'd like. The TV controls are out of date and cumbersome. Lastly, I noticed the breakfast offerings were quite basic compared to what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, leaving room for improvement.
